SERVICES

The requirements and the control — service by service.

Your digital foundation must do two things: meet the new requirements and stay under your own control. Both legs are below, as concrete services: the Bookkeeping Act, SAF-T, ViDA, e-invoicing, VAT and ESG — and control of your own infrastructure. All of it in your ERP: particular strength in SAP and Business Central, and across Oracle NetSuite, Sage and legacy/foreign systems.

FOR THE GROUP

SAP, several countries, one foundation.

You run SAP, Business Central or another foreign ERP with subsidiaries in several EU countries, each with its own rules. Struktura runs readiness checks on ViDA and e-invoicing, maps formats between standards and oversees implementation — so you don’t rebuild the same thing for every country. And the same foundation has another side, the one the board asks about: who can reach your systems and your data? I map that too — and lay out the transition plan.

THE METHOD

The same method, whatever the task.

Whether it is the Bookkeeping Act, e-invoicing, ViDA or control of your infrastructure, the path is the same: I map, plan and lead the implementation — with you, in your systems. And I practise what I advise: Struktura’s entire digital backbone runs on European, GDPR-clean infrastructure.

  1. 01

    Mapping

Where do you stand today? A gap analysis of the requirements — or a sovereignty review of your stack.

  2. 02

    Plan

A prioritised plan with the dates in view: what must be ready in 2027, what towards 2030 — and what moves first.

  3. 03

    Leading the implementation

Project delivery on your side, until the solution is live — in your ERP setup or on the new, European foundation.
