From 2021 to 2025 I was a chief consultant and team lead at the Danish Business Authority, where I helped formulate and implement the digital requirements in the Bookkeeping Act, SAF-T and e-invoicing. Today I work on both things a digital foundation has to do: meet the requirements and stay under your own control. The requirements I translate into production-ready solutions in your ERP — SAP, Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, Sage and older or foreign systems. The control I map, and I lead the move onto European, GDPR-clean footing.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The Bookkeeping Act, SAF-T, e-invoicing and ViDA. At the Danish Business Authority I sat with the pen as the requirements were written — and in the dialogue with business organisations and politicians about what they should mean in practice. Today I translate them into setup, plan and project leadership in your own ERP.

Who can switch your systems off? At the Danish Business Authority I advised, together with lawyers, on the separation of cloud and on-premise in the legislative work. Today I map your dependence on American and Chinese technology and lead the move onto European, GDPR-clean footing.

Struktura Compliance ApS — director & independent advisor
Independent advisory across the EU, on two tracks. The requirements: ViDA, SAF-T, Peppol/e-invoicing and digital bookkeeping translated into production-ready solutions in SAP, Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, Sage and older or foreign systems. The control: mapping dependence on American and Chinese technology, a European transition plan and leading the transition. Struktura’s own operations run self-hosted on European infrastructure.
Digisense — head of compliance & product development
Responsible for compliance and product development with a focus on e-invoicing and digital bookkeeping — including KSeF/Fa(3) integration for Business Central, European e-invoicing work and leading an ISO 27001 certification project with an external auditor.
Danish Business Authority — chief consultant & team lead
Helped formulate and implement the digital requirements in the Bookkeeping Act, SAF-T and e-invoicing — including guidance and requirements for digital bookkeeping systems. Also advised, together with lawyers in the legislative work, on the separation of cloud and on-premise in ERP: the compliance implications and the total-cost trade-off.
