Privacy policy

Last updated:

Struktura Compliance ApS processes your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy describes what data we collect, for what purposes, and what rights you have.

Who is the data controller?

Struktura Compliance ApS · Hyldegårdsvej 9, DK-2920 Charlottenlund, Denmark · CVR no. 46583221 · kontakt@strukturacompliance.dk is the controller for the processing of your personal data.

What information do we collect?

We only collect the information you provide yourself when you fill in a form on the site:

  • name,
  • work email,
  • company and any role, and
  • the content of your enquiry, if you write a message.

If we measure visits to the site, it is done with cookieless web analytics that collects no information that can identify you. See our cookie policy.

For what purposes — and on what legal basis?

  • Answering enquiries and delivering what you asked for. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and your consent (a), where given.
  • Sending Struktura’s newsletter, if you have actively opted in. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). See the newsletter section below.
  • Sales follow-up and customer administration (CRM): enquiries and sign-ups are recorded in our own self-hosted CRM system on an EU server, so we can follow up on the dialogue and document your consent. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in following up on your enquiry (f).

The newsletter

Struktura’s newsletter carries professional updates on compliance requirements, ERP and digital sovereignty. You receive it only if you asked for it yourself.

  • Purpose: to send you professional content on the topics you opted in to. No fixed interval is promised — we write when there is news that matters.
  • Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Double opt-in: after signing up you receive an email with a confirmation link. You are on the list only once you have clicked it — until then we send nothing.
  • What we record: your email address, your name if you provided it, the consent text you agreed to, and the time of sign-up and confirmation. The latter is our documentation that consent was given.
  • Unsubscribing: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by writing to us. You need not give a reason, and it has no bearing on any other enquiry you make to us.
  • Retention: the sign-up is kept until you unsubscribe. The consent documentation is kept for up to 2 years after unsubscribing, so we can evidence that consent was given and withdrawn.
  • Disclosure: the list is never shared or sold. It sits on our own infrastructure in the EU.

The newsletter list is built solely from sign-ups on this website with confirmed double opt-in. Contacts held in our CRM who have not signed up themselves are not added to the list.

Who do we share information with?

We never sell your data. We use processors — e.g. providers of email, CRM and hosting — located in the EU/EEA, with whom we have data processing agreements. We aim for a clean EU-based setup without transfers to insecure third countries.

How long do we keep the data?

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purpose. Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries and leads are deleted no later than 24 months after our latest contact, unless a customer relationship has been established or the law requires otherwise.

Server logs

Our web server briefly records technical log data — including IP address — for operational and security purposes (e.g. rejecting abuse). Log data is not used to identify visitors and is deleted on a rolling basis.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw a consent at any time. Contact us at kontakt@strukturacompliance.dk and we’ll help.

Complaints

You can complain about our processing to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the latest update.
