THE NEWSLETTER
The requirements, as they take shape.
The Bookkeeping Act, SAF-T, e-invoicing and ViDA are not finished rulebooks. They move — from consultation to regulation to something your ERP has to handle. I write when something happens that matters to your setup: what changed, when it applies, and what it asks of you. No more than that, and no more often than there is reason to.
- Denmark: SAF-T 2.1 towards January 2027, digital bookkeeping, and the migration from OIOUBL to Peppol in NemHandel.
- The EU and EEA: the Norwegian, French and German e-invoicing mandates — and ViDA as the horizon towards 2030.
- Digital sovereignty: who can actually reach your systems and data, and what a European alternative costs in practice.
- My own perspective from the authority side: why a rule is built the way it is — and what it means inside an ERP setup.
How often is it published?
When there is news that matters to your compliance. I promise no fixed interval — better four emails a year you actually read than twelve you delete.
What does it cost?
Nothing. You sign up, and you can unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of any email.
What do you use my address for?
To send the newsletter. It is never shared or sold, and it sits on Struktura’s own server in the EU.
