COMPLIANCE IS YOUR COMPANY’S INFRASTRUCTURE
Turn compliance into your head start.
Your digital foundation must do two things: meet the new requirements and stay under your own control. I turn the Danish Bookkeeping Act, SAF-T, e-invoicing and ViDA into a concrete plan in your ERP — SAP, Business Central or another foreign system — and move your infrastructure onto European, GDPR-clean footing. I helped write the requirements myself.

THE TIMELINE — WHAT HITS WHEN
-
TODAY
Digital bookkeeping is already required of virtually every company with bookkeeping obligations in Denmark.
-
1 JANUARY 2027
The Danish Bookkeeping Act’s SAF-T requirements expand — the standardised extract of your bookkeeping that the authorities can request.
-
2030
ViDA makes e-invoicing and digital reporting mandatory for cross-border EU trade.
SERVICES
Four tracks, one foundation.
ViDA-ready in your ERP
A concrete check of where your ERP stands on ViDA and digital VAT reporting — and a plan to close the gaps before 2030.
E-invoicing that holds across borders
Invoices that can be sent and read automatically in every country you trade in — set up in your ERP, subsidiary by subsidiary. The standards: EN 16931, Peppol BIS, KSeF/Fa(3), XRechnung and EHF.
Data that holds up to the authorities
Standardised data extracts in Denmark, Norway, Poland and Sweden — so you deliver the right thing, first time, to each national authority.
Control of your own infrastructure
Who can switch your systems off? Mapping your dependence on American and Chinese technology, a European transition plan and leading the transition.
THE METHOD
The same method, whatever the task.
Whether it is the Bookkeeping Act, e-invoicing, ViDA or control of your infrastructure, the path is the same: I map, plan and lead the implementation — with you, in your systems. And I practise what I advise: Struktura’s entire digital backbone runs on European, GDPR-clean infrastructure.
Mapping
Where do you stand today? A gap analysis of the requirements — or a sovereignty review of your stack.
Plan
A prioritised plan with the dates in view: what must be ready in 2027, what towards 2030 — and what moves first.
Leading the implementation
Project delivery on your side, until the solution is live — in your ERP setup or on the new, European foundation.
POSITIONING
The burden becomes a foundation.
The very requirements everyone fears hold an upside. Structured, digital data makes operations faster and the numbers better. Clean compliance becomes a passport — to public tenders, to larger customers, to cross-border trade, and to a higher valuation the day the company is sold.
WHO’S BEHIND IT
You are the hero. Struktura is the guide.
From 2021 to 2025 I was a chief consultant and team lead at the Danish Business Authority, where I helped formulate and implement the digital requirements in the Bookkeeping Act, SAF-T and e-invoicing. Today I stand on your side of the table.

THE MIRROR — DIRECTIVE ↔ BUSINESS
The same requirements, seen from both sides.
The rule on one side. Your reality on the other. Struktura sits in the middle — translating one into the other.
Seen from inside the rule
Seen from the business
«We run SAP and must be ViDA-ready across the EU by 2030 — where do we start?»
«Our bookkeeping runs on a system that isn’t registered — what do we do before January 2027?»
«Every country has its own model. Must we rebuild it for each subsidiary?»
FREQUENTLY ASKED
What companies ask first.
When does ViDA take effect?
The ViDA package (VAT in the Digital Age) was finally adopted in the EU in 2025. The biggest changes — mandatory e-invoicing and digital reporting for cross-border EU trade — apply from 2030, but several countries introduce national requirements before then.
What is SAF-T, and what do SAF-T 2.0 and 2.1 mean?
SAF-T is a standardised data extract from the accounting system. In Denmark it is tied to the requirement for digital bookkeeping systems. From January 2027 the content requirements expand: that expansion became known as SAF-T 2.0, but the Danish Business Authority has put a newer version, SAF-T 2.1, out for technical consultation, and that is the one taking effect in January 2027 — before 2.0 has reached the whole market.
Do we have to change ERP to be compliant?
Rarely. Most ERP setups — SAP, Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, Sage and more — can be adapted — it is neither particularly hard nor expensive when you know the requirements from the inside.
Do you cover countries beyond Denmark?
Yes. Struktura works pan-European — including Denmark, Norway, Germany, Poland, Belgium and Sweden — with particular strength in groups facing the same requirements across several subsidiaries.
What is digital sovereignty — and why should we care?
Digital sovereignty is about who actually controls your systems and data. If your operations run on American or Chinese technology, access, prices and terms can change outside your control. Struktura maps the dependencies, lays out a European transition plan and leads the transition with you.
